First-Things-First: allow me to state, for the record, the fact that I also am a ‘Service Disabled’ Veteran. And yes, I also stop and salute the Flag whenever I see it being raised or lowered.
I do it out of respect for those who fell before my service, during my service and those that will fall in the future.
